Shipping policy

Delivery Options

Earth & Above provides courier delivery services to both residential and business addresses within South Africa.

Order Processing

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed:

1. You will receive an order confirmation email.

2. When your order has been packed and is ready to ship, you will receive a shipping notification email with tracking details.

Delivery Times

• Main centres: 3–5 working days

• Outlying and regional areas: 5–7 working days

Please note: deliveries are made Monday to Friday. We do not deliver on weekends.

Tracking Your Order

• You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

• A second email will notify you on the morning of your order’s arrival.
  

Please ensure that someone is available to receive your order at the nominated address between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday.

Shipping Costs

• Flat rate within South Africa: ZAR 69.

• Free shipping: for orders over ZAR 499.

International Shipping

At this stage, Earth & Above primarily ships within South Africa. We are working on expanding our international shipping in the future.

If you are outside South Africa, please email us at info@earthandabove.com, and we will do our best to assist you in arranging a shipment.

Changing Your Delivery Address

Once an order is placed and the delivery address is provided during checkout, it cannot be changed.

If there is an issue with your address, please contact us immediately at info@earthandabove.com, including your order number, and we will assist where possible.
